Harrison Taylor focuses his practice in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises clients on compensation arrangements and the design and implementation of employee benefit plans. Mr. Taylor’s practice includes drafting employment agreements, severance agreements, and performance and equity compensation arrangements. He also advises clients on the employment benefit and executive compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Taylor worked as an associate in the Houston, Texas office of an international law firm in its employee benefits, executive compensation, and tax practices.

While attending law school, Mr. Taylor worked as a summer associate in the Houston office of  two different international law firms and as a legal editorial intern at Tax Analysts in Falls Church, Virginia. He was also Articles Review Editor for the Virginia Tax Review.
