Molly Stuart focuses her practice on commercial real estate development and investment. She has significant experience representing owners and developers in public/private development, land use and zoning, development agreements, purchase and sale transactions, state and federal economic development incentives, and leasing.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stuart was the staff attorney for the American Planning Association in Washington, DC where she was Editor-In-Chief of Planning & Environmental Law, a national publication for planners and served as staff liaison to APA’s amicus curiae committee. She also served as Editor of the American Bar Association’s Section of State and Local Government Law newsletter. Previously, Ms. Stuart worked as an associate of a New York City-based law firm where she negotiated and drafted development, acquisition, easement, joint venture and financing agreements for private and public/private development in New York City. She also guided clients through city environmental and land use review procedures.

While attending law school, Ms. Stuart was staff member of the Harvard International Law Journal.
