Ariel Oseasohn is a Special Legal Consultant in the firm’s Energy, Project Finance & Technology Team. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oseasohn was an attorney in the Jerusalem office of Yigai Arnon & Co. – one of Israel's largest and leading law firms. During his six-year tenure, he was selected by Finance Monthly magazine as “Deal Maker of the Year” for 2014 for his role in the counseling to the Government of Israel on Israel's largest government-procured renewable energy projects. Since joining Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton in December 2015, Mr. Oseasohn has counseled a host of renewable energy developers and finance providers on corporate financing as well as development, financing, and regulatory matters in the project finance space.
Mr. Oseasohn is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Israel and is fluent in Hebrew.
