Overview

Tyler McAllister focuses his practice on patent litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, post-grant proceedings, and related counseling. He practices in a wide range of technologies including computer, software, electronics, robotics, telecommunications, content delivery networks, sporting goods, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and wearable technology.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. McAllister is a volunteer leader in a local Boy Scouts of America (BSA) troop serving as a role model for youths.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McAllister gained experience working as a full-time extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Randall R. Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. During law school, he worked as a law clerk in the Spokane, Washington office of a national law firm and also served as the business editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. Prior to his legal career, Mr. McAllister worked as a junior associate engineer at Nolte Associates, Inc. in Cedar City, Utah.
