Overview

Kent Dallow focuses on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation and all phases of intellectual property counseling, including clearance, acquisition, licensing, transfer and pre-litigation enforcement of rights. Mr. Dallow has represented companies in numerous litigations in courts across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dallow graduated in the Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in May 2011. While at the University of Denver, Mr. Dallow was involved in many organizations and activities, including the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He was also a research assistant to Professors Justin Marceau and Arthur Best. After graduation, Mr. Dallow served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Dennis A. Graham in the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Mr. Dallow has been committed throughout his career to providing pro bono legal services to non-profit and charitable organizations and persons of limited means. In 2014, Mr. Dallow was named the Kilpatrick Townsend’s “Pro Bono Associate of the Year.”
