WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 6) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partner Robert H. Edwards, Jr. will Chair the Energy Storage USA 2015 Conference. Partner Mark Riedy will be a featured speaker on financing energy storage projects and Susanna Kass, Kilpatrick Townsend's Entrepreneur in Residence for Energy Innovation and Sustainability, will lead a panel on data centers and energy innovation. The conference will be held in San Diego on July 7-8, 2015.

Mr. Edwards is Co-Team Leader of the Energy, Project Finance and Clean Technologies Practice resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. In his role within the firm’s Energy and Project Finance team, Mr. Edwards collaborates with attorneys across the firm to bring innovative structuring and financing solutions to technology companies operating across the energy spectrum.
Mr. Riedy is Co-Team Leader of the Energy, Project Finance and Clean Technologies Practice. He primarily focuses his practice on U.S. and international project development and finance and private placement representation of renewable and conventional energy, clean technology, environmental and infrastructure clients. Mr. Riedy’s clients include developers, lenders, EPCs, O&Ms, equipment providers, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds.
In her role within the firm’s Energy team, Ms. Kass collaborates with attorneys across the firm to bring business innovation and sustainability solutions to cloud computing companies operating across the Energy, Information Technology, Health Care, and Automobile spectrums.
